Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Pet Care With Nina (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any services.
Services
Pet Care With Nina provides:
- Dog walking services (30-minute and 1-hour sessions)
- Drop-in pet visits (30-minute and 1-hour sessions)
Meet & Greet
A meet and greet is recommended (but not required) before services begin so I can become familiar with your home, pets, and family.
Booking & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are handled flexibly on a case-by-case basis
- If you need to cancel, you may request a refund, apply the payment toward your next service, or choose to keep the booking as paid
- Please communicate any cancellations as early as possible
Payment
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due on or before the day of service
- You may pay for a single day, a full week, or a full month of services
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Venmo
- Square
- Cash
- PayPal
- Cash App
- Zelle
Home Access
- I require access to your home to provide services (key, garage code, door keypad code, etc.)
- Keys provided will be kept secure and labeled with a code (not your address)
- Access codes and keys will never be shared with any third party
- Keys will be returned upon request or at the end of our service agreement
Pet Information
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your pet’s health, behavior, and needs
- Informing us of any behavioral issues, health conditions, or special needs
- Providing emergency contact information
- Providing veterinarian contact information
There are no age restrictions or breed restrictions for pets.
Liability
Our Commitment:
- I will provide caring, professional service to your pets
- I am honest and upfront about any issues that may arise
- I will contact you immediately if any problems occur
Property Damage & Emergencies:
- In the unlikely event of property damage or emergencies, I am willing to contribute to costs depending on the situation
- Each situation will be handled honestly and on a case-by-case basis
Limitation of Liability:
- I am not liable for injury, illness, or death of pets resulting from pre-existing conditions, escape attempts, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control
- I am not responsible for damage to property caused by your pet during my visit
Emergency Situations
In case of emergency, I will:
- Contact you immediately
- Contact your emergency contact if you are unavailable
- Seek veterinary care if necessary (you are responsible for veterinary costs)
Photos & Updates
I take photos and provide detailed summaries after every service. Please let me know if you do not wish for your pet’s photos to be shared on social media.
Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
